Our client is a well-known and growing F&B retail chain with multiple outlets across major shopping malls. They are seeking a hands-on marketer to join their team, focusing on driving local-level engagement and sales for their stores.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager , this is a hybrid role based in Puchong with required travel to various retail outlets. You will be responsible for partnering directly with the Operations team to initiate, develop, and execute local store marketing (LSM) strategies aimed at driving incremental sales.
This hands-on position involves managing the full cycle of LSM campaigns, from creating marketing materials and copywriting to facilitating on-ground execution, including photography or videography for digital platforms like Tik Tok and Google My Business.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Operations to initiate and develop local store marketing (LSM) strategies to drive incremental sales.
Manage LSM campaigns, including the creation of marketing materials, copywriting, content editing, and proofreading.
Execute and facilitate photography or videography sessions for digital content (e.g., Tik Tok & GMB).
Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, including sales tracking, competitive benchmarking, and LSM expense management.
Prepare marketing reports and conduct post-campaign analysis to provide insights for performance enhancement.
Audit, track, and analyze social media presence, local social media campaigns, digital advertising costs, and return on spending.
Stay updated on consumer behavior and market trends to develop and refine LSM strategies.
Liaise with delivery partners and ensure all information on delivery platforms is accurate and maintained.
Provide support on the co-ordination, follow-up, and distribution of marketing collaterals.
Perform any other marketing and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
A qualification in Marketing, Media Management, Mass Communication, or a relevant discipline.
At least 2 years of hands-on marketing experience. Exposure to the F&B or FMCG industry is an added advantage.
Good communication and presentation skills with an excellent command of English.
A self-starter who is well-organized, creative, resourceful, and a strong team player with excellent time management.
Possess a keen eye for detail and strong creative instincts with a passion for storytelling.
Strong analytical approach, with the ability to use benchmarking and other statistical tools to support marketing analysis.
Stays abreast of emerging digital tools, platforms, new technologies, and marketing trends.
