Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for investment products, including digital campaigns, events, and promotions to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Branding & Communications: Craft compelling marketing materials, presentations, and messaging to clearly convey product value and strengthen the company’s brand positioning.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and retail investors, delivering tailored communications and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Product Marketing Support: Provide market insights and feedback to the investment team to guide the creation, positioning, and promotion of new investment products.
- Distribution Development: Expand and support the network of distribution agents (IUTA), providing training, guidance, and marketing resources to drive awareness and adoption.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory standards; prepare reports for senior management highlighting campaign performance, market trends, and key achievements.
Requirements
Education: A Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
Experience: At least 4 to 6 years of related experience, ideally coming from a Banking or Asset Management background with a focus on Relationship Management (RM).
Licenses: Must hold a Capital Market Services Representative’s License (CMSRL) for Fund Management and a Unit Trust License.
Skills: * Proven track record in achieving sales targets and AUM growth.
Strong knowledge of the unit trust industry and capital markets.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to conduct high-level presentations with finesse and confidence.
A proactive "self-starter" attitude with the ability to handle stressful situations and meet tight deadlines.
