We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the brand marketing function. In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of marketing activities for both house brands and principal brands. You will play a crucial part in driving brand equity, managing principal relationships, and ensuring effective market penetration through dynamic marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for house brands and principal brands to drive sales growth and market share.
Manage the full marketing mix, including ATL, BTL, digital, and trade marketing initiatives.
Lead new product development (NPD) projects and product launches, coordinating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine brand positioning.
Oversee the A&P budget, ensuring optimal allocation and high ROI on marketing spend.
Build and maintain strong relationships with principal brand owners, ensuring alignment on brand goals and marketing deliverables.
Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and trade promotions
Work closely with external agencies (creative, media, P.R.) to deliver impactful brand communications.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of marketing experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with exposure to both manufacturing and distribution environments.
Proven experience in brand management, including handling principal brands and house brands.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate consumer insights into actionable business strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders, including principal partners.
Experience in managing A&P budgets and P.R. activities is highly advantageous
