About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead a key portfolio of brands within the business. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving brand growth, leading product innovation, and managing a talented team of 3 direct reports. This role is crucial in shaping the portfolio's strategy, driving commercial success, and strengthening brand equity in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of annual brand strategies and marketing plans for the assigned portfolio.
Champion the new product development pipeline, from ideation and concept development to a successful go-to-market launch.
Deliver impactful 360° marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
Analyze market data, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Manage the A&P budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking ROI on all marketing initiatives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, trade marketing, regulatory, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of brand plans.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 3 marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Act as the primary contact for external agencies (creative, media, digital, P.R.) to ensure the delivery of high-quality campaign outputs.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of brand management experience within the FMCG, consumer healthcare, or health supplement industry.
Proven experience in people management and team leadership is essential.
Demonstrated success in leading new product launches and executing integrated brand campaigns.
Strong commercial and business acumen with excellent analytical skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
