Planning: Create budgets, estimates, and contract documents.
Bidding: Manage the entire tender process from documentation to analysis.
Monitoring: Track project spending and communicate cost changes clearly.
Problem Solving: Resolve contract issues, variations, and disputes quickly.
Closing: Finalise accounts and ensure all claims are settled fairly.
