We are hiring a Merchandising Manager to join a well-known convenience store chain. This role will be responsible for managing product assortment, pricing, promotions, and in-store merchandising to drive sales and profitability. Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships with leading brands and suppliers to ensure alignment on business goals and maximize sales opportunities.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable trading terms, enhancing rebates and overall profitability.
• Identify, source, and onboard new products to keep the assortment relevant and competitive.
• Increase other operating income by leveraging in-store advertising opportunities and trade marketing displays with supplier participation.
• Monitor and drive the performance of assigned categories to achieve sales and margin targets.
• Work closely with suppliers to plan and execute monthly and seasonal promotions, while guiding the Marketing team on promotional mechanics and requirements.

Requirements:

• Min 5–8 years of merchandising experience in retail environment, preferably hypermarket/supermarket/convenient chain background
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Good communication and organization skills
