We are seeking a dynamic and strategic National Key Account Manager to lead our client's team of 4 Key Account Managers in driving growth and implementing business strategies. As the National Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key relationships with accounts of all levels, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing and executing effective sales strategies. You will be reporting to the Sales Director.
Job Description:
- Lead and inspire a team of managers to achieve sales targets and drive growth in key accounts
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as a key decision maker for business matters.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business development and optimisation.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trading terms with key accounts to maximise profitability while maintaining strong partnerships.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 8 years of Key Account Management experience, preferably in FMCG
- Minimum of 2 years of people leadership experience
