- Provide high-level leadership, coaching, and support to the network development team and all independent distributors, fostering a positive and high-performance environment.
- Develop a comprehensive education and sales training system to support the growth and career path progression of distributors at all levels.
- Lead the planning and execution of key sales events, recognition programs, and leadership development seminars to motivate, engage, and celebrate the distributor network.
the experience
- Min 4 years of experience in a sales, training, or network development role within the MLM/Direct Selling industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, programs, and training systems that drive revenue and recruitment growth.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills with a track record of building strong rapport with a field sales network or distributor base.
- Enthusiastic and collaborative individual, keen to foster a strong team spirit.
