• Provide administrative and operational support for insurance-related applications and client onboarding
• Coordinate medical appointments, assist in documentation preparation, and ensure proper data entry
• Attend client appointments (e.g., medical exams) in support of consultants, when required
• Ensure all client documentation meets internal and insurer compliance requirements
• Submit applications to insurers and ensure accurate pipeline tracking and system updates
• Follow up closely on cases with underwriters and insurers to ensure timely completion
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Sales Operations, Policy Servicing, Product Intelligence)
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and product comparisons for client meetings
• Support post-sales servicing matters and ongoing client engagement tasks

requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or operations (insurance or banking preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Comfortable engaging with clients and internal teams at all levels
• Fluency in English is essential; additional language proficiency to support communication across regional offices would be added advantage
