About the Job
As an OEM & System Integration Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with system integrators, OEMs, engineering consultants, and VARs. This role is critical to expanding market share, identifying client needs, and proposing technically sound and commercially viable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow customer base among OEMs, system integrators, and engineering firms
- Manage existing accounts while consistently updating and expanding sales pipelines
- Lead pre-sales consultations and present product solutions tailored to customer requirements
- Collaborate with marketing and business leaders on lead generation and campaign execution
- Provide technical support and product training to clients and internal teams
- Analyze customer requirements and propose product adaptations or process improvements
Skills & Experience Required
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably with OEM or SI accounts
- Basic knowledge of control systems, instrumentation, and communication protocols (e.g., fieldbus, TCP/IP)
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and integration projects
