They are currently looking for a HR Associate to join the team. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following areas:-
- Oversee office operations including maintenance, supplies, equipment, and errands.
- Schedule meetings, support visitors, and assist with company events
- Work with HR on office policies and coordinate with IT on equipment needs.
- Manage vendors, service providers, and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Maintain office safety, inventory, and handle ad hoc administrative tasks.

Reporting to the Assistant HR Manager, you will be working as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. You have good communication, collaboration skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team, and a sense of urgency and ability to prioritise. Is that you?
