key responsibilities
Machining Operator
Set-up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts.
Verify conformance of finished work pieces to specification using precision instruments.
Responsible for operational activities related to punching or bending machines.
... Welding Technician
Perform welding works according to approved drawings and quality specifications.
Examine and measure work pieces to ensure conformance with specification.
Identify potential welding problems and work out the solution.
Able to read and interpret technical drawing and other written instructions and diagrams to perform welding works.
Perform MIG, TIG, and other types of weld accordingly.
De-bur and grind metal as necessary to achieve proper surface texture.
Assembly Technician
Perform rack assembly for various products.
Receive and inspect all incoming goods.
Check quantity and perform packaging in pallet or wooden case for outgoing goods.
Drive the forklift to load and unload products.
Move all materials from the store to the assembly area.
Perform stock in, stock out process for Manufacturing and Packaging Line.
Perform stock in and stock out process for incoming and outgoing shipment.
Role Requirements
Experience & Education:
Machine Operator : Minimum 3 years direct working experience operating the relevant CNC machine and in the Metal Fabrication Industry.
Welding Technician: Minimum 1 year direct working experience as a welder (preferably MIG welding).
Technical Skills:
All Roles: Able to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
Machine Operator: Possess knowledge and understanding of engineering specified tolerances. Strong understanding of machine set-up, able to effectively change machinery for multiple set-ups.
Welding: Able to read and interpret welding symbols.
