Provide L2/L3 technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
Work with Oracle Support and AMS partners for issue investigation and closure.
Design, develop, and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFdi, BI Publisher bursting, and SFTP.
Build and maintain inbound/outbound integrations with banks, tax engines, payroll providers, procurement platforms, and logistics systems.
Develop scalable integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Integrate Oracle SaaS applications with third‑party systems using OIC adapters, APIs, and data transfer methods.
Leverage OCI services (Object Storage, API Gateway, Autonomous DB) to enhance integration performance and security.
Build extensions using Groovy scripting, Application Composer, and Page Composer.
Design, develop, and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI analyses.
Support operational and financial reporting needs across modules.
Manage configuration migration across DEV, TEST, UAT, and PROD environments.
Maintain technical documentation, interface maps, design specs, and runbooks.
Collaborate with business, internal audit, and security teams to define risk thresholds, map sensitive business functions, and maintain compliant access structures.

about the manager/team

The role is an technical role where you will be working with other functional, technical consultant, business analyst and project manager on a daily support of Oracle Fusion from technical perspective. You will also be given an option to embark with Oracle Fusion end to end greenfield and roll out implementation in other regions.

about requirements:

Someone who has at least 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion within regional or global L2 / L3 support role is an added but not compulsary.
Someone with at least 1 full cycle end-to-end implementation projects on a regional or global basis is an added but not compulsary.
Someone with exposure on either one of these ; REST/SOAP APIs / FBDI / ADFdi / BI Publisher / OTBI is an added but not compulsary.
Someone with SQL knowledge and understanding of Oracle Fusion data models is an added but not compulsary.
Someone with exposure to at least one functional area : Finance / SCM / HCM is an added but not compulsary (this is technical role, not techno functional)
Someone with OIC development experience is an added but not compulsary.
Someone with experience with Vertex / banking integrations / payroll / logistics systems is an added but not compulsary.
Someone with exposure to Oracle EPM/FCCS / OTM/GTM / CPQ / OFS is an added but not compulsary.
Someone with experience with SoD Controls (SODC) using Oracle Risk Management is an added but not compulsary.
Someone who has worked for Semiconductor industry is an added but not compulsary.

Open for MALAYSIAN & expats that DOES NOT require VISA to work in Msia etc RPT
up to RM 15,000 & can be increased to experienced consultant who already earned more
