Executive Reporting: Consolidate data from multiple utility-scale sites into high-level dashboards and S-Curves for management and stakeholder decision-making.

Execution Site Planner (On-Site)
Physical Progress Tracking: Drive daily and weekly planning activities at the project site, ensuring the physical "boots-on-the-ground" progress matches the baseline.
Subcontractor Control: Oversee subcontractor schedules for civil, structural, and electrical works, identifying potential bottlenecks before they impact the critical path.
Risk & Mitigation: Proactively identify site-specific constraints—such as weather patterns, soil conditions, or logistical delays—and develop recovery schedules to maintain project continuity.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
Experience: 3–8+ years in construction planning, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in Utility-Scale Solar or Power Infrastructure.
Regulatory Savvy: Familiarity with the Malaysian Energy Commission (ST) guidelines and Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) Grid Code requirements.
Technical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in MS Project is essential. Familiarity with Primavera P6, Power BI, or TILOS is an advantage.
