about the role
They are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist (Europe) to join the growing team. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Supports the manager in all payroll and HR administration tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for both monthly and year-end activities.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensures all HR and payroll processes comply with country-specific statutory laws and company policies, and supports internal and external audits.
- Employee & Stakeholder Support: Serves as a point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and addressing employee relations issues.
- Process Improvement & Training: Develops and implements HR policies and procedures, and is accountable for training team members on new processes and systems.
- Project Management: Supports the implementation of various HR projects and new technology, maintaining quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Regional Payroll Manager, you will be working closely with other team members.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3 years of relevant experience. The role requires solid knowledge of payroll processes and statutory labor laws. Experience handling payroll for multiple European countries, particularly in the shared services environment would be ideal.
