About the Role We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketer to own the paid media strategy and execution. You will be responsible for building full-funnel strategies, managing ad spend, and driving aggressive growth across TikTok, Meta, Shopee, and other e-commerce channels. This role requires a hands-on individual who can blend analytical rigor with creative experimentation to maximize ROAS and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Build and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across TikTok, Meta, Shopee Ads, and new channels. Develop seasonal playbooks for key e-commerce events (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, Raya, Christmas). Define and track core KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
Campaign Execution: Launch, manage, and scale prospecting, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns. Continuously conduct A/B testing on hooks, formats, and audiences to improve CTR and conversions. Manage daily ad budgets to ensure sales and ROI targets are met.
Data Analytics: Build weekly performance dashboards to share actionable insights. Analyze cohorts and funnel metrics to identify growth opportunities and propose budget reallocations.
Creative Collaboration: Identify winning creative angles and test new concepts to drive engagement. Write compelling ad copy, including captions and hooks. Collaborate with content teams to generate high-performing UGC and KOL ads.
E-Commerce Growth: Optimize the customer shopping experience to boost conversion rates on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and the brand's website. Implement strategies to improve cart-to-checkout flow, such as upsells and flash bundles.
Scaling: Develop SOPs for scaling into new markets and partner with finance to forecast ad spend impact on sales.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in paid marketing, preferably within an agency or fast-paced brand environment.
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Shopee Ads backend tools.
Strong analytical skills with confidence in using performance data to guide decisions.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to trends.
