The role:
Oversee the complete lifecylce of ethical products, from strategic planning and development to successful commercialisation.
Drive product strategy by conducting in-depth market analysis, monitoring industry trends, and defining product positioning and pricing.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory, sales, and marketing teams to ensure timely product launches and market success.
Manage product portfolio performance, including financial monitoring, budget allocation, and gathering customer insights to refine offerings.
The experience:
- Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines.
- 3-5 years of experience in product and brand management.
- Deep expertise in the pharmaceutical sector, covering product development, launch, and market performance.
