About the Job
As a Product Planning Manager, you will be the primary architect of our product roadmap and the guardian of our commercial success. This role demands an independent strategist who can navigate the complexities of the marketing 4Ps—integrating product specifications, pricing structures, placement strategies, and promotional readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven product roadmaps by integrating market trends and long-term company strategy.
- Manage the full Marketing Mix (4Ps), ensuring product positioning, pricing, and value propositions are optimized for the local market.
- Conduct independent market research and customer insight analysis, utilizing surveys and benchmarking to identify growth gaps.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial concept and launch execution to phase-out management.
- Act as a cross-functional lead, ensuring all departments—from R&D to Supply Chain—are aligned and ready for product milestones.
- Monitor and report on complex KPIs, including P&L performance, market share, and product margins to support executive decision-making.
- Manage relationships with principals and external partners to align on specifications and regulatory compliance.
Skills & Experience Required
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in product planning, product management, or strategic marketing.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable proposals.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools for management reporting.
