About the Job
As a Product Specialist (Aviation Tools), you will drive sales and deliver technical solutions for specialized aviation tools in the local and regional markets. You will be responsible for market research, business development, and building long-term relationships with key aviation industry players.
This role is also open to individuals from an aviation technical background who are passionate about transitioning into a sales-driven career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the aviation and aerospace sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Lead sales negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor movements, and customer needs.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.
Skills & Experience Required
- Open to aviation professionals who are keen to move into a technical sales role
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in aviation tools, MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul), or aerospace-related sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and solution-selling skills.
- Proven experience managing distributors and direct accounts is an added advantage
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Holds a valid driving license and owns transport.
