We are currently looking for a Production - Assistant Manager/Senior Engineer for a leading player in the Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Industry for their expansion. This company has a legacy of more than 30 years in the world. This position requires your urgent attention.

Operational Execution: Assist the Production Manager in coordinating daily assembly and testing activities, including dicing, die bonding, and wire bonding processes.
Resource Management: Coordinate manpower, machines, and materials while ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and company standards.
Performance Tracking: Accurately post and monitor daily production data (output, machine runtime) in the SAP system.
Continuous Improvement: Drive operational efficiency and quality using Lean and Six Sigma principles to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the "Smart Factory".
Quality & Safety Oversight: Ensure all production processes meet strict health, safety, and quality standards (including ISO and industry-specific regulations).
Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate the production crew; resolve labor disputes and conduct performance appraisals to foster a high-performing culture.
Customer & Export Alignment: Ensure products are completed and ready for shipment on schedule to meet tight export deadlines for overseas markets
the experience
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a strong focus on machinery/merchanical assembly
Proven experience in a supervisory or team-leading role.
Proficiency in Mandarin as this role requires to to serve a lot of Mandarin-speaking clients.
