Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians and operators dedicated to electrical wiring and equipment commissioning.
Wiring & Assembly: Oversee the accurate wiring of control panels, machinery, and electrical components based on engineering schematics, blueprints, and circuit diagrams.
Commissioning & Testing: Supervise and execute the final testing, verification, and functional commissioning of equipment to ensure all systems operate correctly and meet performance standards.
Quality Control: Conduct in-process and final quality checks to ensure all wiring connections, component placements, and overall assembly meet the highest quality and safety standards.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, electrical faults, and system malfunctions that arise during the wiring and commissioning phases.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to all safety protocols, especially those related to electrical work, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Production Planning: Coordinate with the Production Planner to manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and delivery schedules.
the experience
Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a strong focus on electrical wiring, assembly, and commissioning.
Proven experience in a supervisory or team-leading role.
Proficiency in Mandarin as this role requires to to serve a lot of Mandarin-speaking clients.
