- Manage the full lifecycle of automation projects, from kick-off to final handover.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, trackers, and weekly progress reports.
- Conduct regular client meetings to align on deliverables and proactively address risks.
- Coordinate with internal teams across engineering, design, procurement, and assembly.
- Document and escalate risks, delays, and scope changes in a structured manner.
- Record meeting minutes, maintain action logs, and ensure accountability across functions.
- Contribute to standardizing processes, templates, and best practices.
- Ensure comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
the qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of project management or coordination experience, ideally in manufacturing automation or equipment delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-up.
- Proficiency in Excel and project planning tools (e.g., Gantt charts).
- Resilient, collaborative, and committed to driving successful project outcomes.
