This role will manage cross-functional teams and work closely with OEM principals, local partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.

• Lead end-to-end CKD projects including feasibility, localization, plant readiness, trial builds, and SOP.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource planning.
• Act as the main liaison with OEM principals and external partners.
• Drive localization strategy, supplier readiness, and cost optimization.
• Monitor CAPEX, project budgets, and commercial targets.
• Oversee plant layout, tooling, equipment installation, and line balancing.
• Lead pilot builds, trial runs, and pre-production audits.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and homologation requirements.
• Manage early production quality and product launch activities.
• Prepare management reports, risk assessments, and project dashboards.
• Lead and develop project and cross-functional teams.
