Drive project sales and growth across Penang, Kedah, Perlis, and Perak. Manage client relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure smooth project delivery by coordinating between clients and internal teams.

Develop new business opportunities in project sales
- Build relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and designers
- Manage sales pipeline and customer journey
- Present tailored solutions to clients
- Meet sales targets and report progress to management
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure after-sales satisfaction
- Resolve site issues with clients and internal teams
Skills & Experience Required
Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- 2–3 years B2B project sales experience, preferably in construction
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage pipelines and close deals
- Own transport and willingness to travel within the northern region
