About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Project Sales Manager to lead and expand a team focused on delivering comprehensive sales support across project lifecycles—from pre-sales coordination to post-project collection. This role is key to maintaining relationships with key clients while ensuring smooth execution of ongoing construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project sales activities from pre-sales engagement through to project handover and payment collection
- Manage and grow existing key accounts while ensuring high client satisfaction
- Lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance, support, and coaching
- Monitor and track project progress, construction milestones, and related costs
- Collaborate with internal specification and technical teams to ensure project success
- Attend site meetings and liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients as required
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in construction, coatings, or interior finishes
- Proven ability to manage full project sales cycles and coordinate across stakeholders
- Leadership experience or readiness to guide and mentor a small team
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiar with construction site operations, project timelines, and client servicing
