about the job
As a Recruitment Consultant, your role is to match the right talent with the right opportunity while achieving personal delivery and sales targets. Your day-to-day will include:
- Sourcing candidates via multiple channels (ads, referrals, networking)
- Managing end-to-end recruitment: screening, interviewing, client briefings, and offer negotiations
- Advising clients and candidates on salary benchmarks, training, and career progression
- Actively engaging in sales and marketing efforts to attract business
- Building strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and future priorities
skills & experience required
- Sales experience is an added advantage
- University degree (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!)
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
- Proactive, fast learner, and enjoys working in a results-driven environment
