1. Client Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understand client hiring needs and business goals
Provide consultative talent solutions and market insights
2. Talent Acquisition
Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles across various industries
Match top talent to client job requirements
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing to offer management
3. Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach
Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry functions
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored recruitment strategies
4. Market & Industry Expertise
about the requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, client management, or a related field (fresh grads with strong drive are welcome to apply)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
