about the job
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source talent using various methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ fit for specific roles.
- Coordinate and support the interview process between clients and candidates.
- Manage offer negotiations and oversee the placement process to ensure a smooth experience for all parties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to drive business growth and long-term success.
- Initiate a range of sales and marketing activities, in accordance with the client and candidate development plan, to attract business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities, and identify new leads.
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in sales/business development is a plus
- Driven, ambitious, and proactive character
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
