About the Job
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, and positioning the company’s brand in both domestic and international markets. The Regional Head of Sales & Marketing will play a pivotal role in expanding market share, building long-term client relationships, and aligning sales and marketing strategies to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve sales and growth targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in core and adjacent markets
- Lead key account management, customer engagement, and contract negotiations
- Shape marketing plans and campaigns aligned with commercial objectives
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and recommend new opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance to ensure smooth project execution
Skills & Experience Required
- 10+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or marketing leadership roles
- Proven track record of securing major projects and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of project-based sales cycles in engineering/fabrication sectors
- Experience in steel structures, elevators/escalators, or architectural metalworks preferred
- Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Strong leadership and cross-border coordination experience
