In this role, you will provide essential legal support to our operations across multiple jurisdictions (including Singapore, Taiwan, Denmark, the United Kingdom and Australia), ensuring compliance with regulations, mitigating risks, and facilitating business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance.

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including agreements with suppliers, banking and financing, customers, and partners.
Manage and keep records of all corporate secretarial matters, including maintaining corporate books and records, preparing board and shareholder meeting materials, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements.
Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues related to renewable energy projects,regulatory requirements, and corporate governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
Support the Vice President (Legal) in managing legal matters, including litigation, intellectual property, and corporate transactions.
Support the Vice President (Legal) in leading deal-focused transactions, including acquisitions and financing transactions.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting the renewable energy sector.
Provide timely and practical legal advice to internal stakeholders to support business objectives while ensuring compliance with legal requirements

about the job

Qualified lawyer with 6–8 years of post-qualification experience
Strong background in commercial and contract law; experience in international law or cross-border transactions is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
