About the Role Reporting to the Regional Chief Commercial Officer, the Regional Manager, Special Projects is responsible for identifying and executing key revenue-generating initiatives across product, marketing, and loyalty domains. This role is essential for accelerating new business units and managing cross-functional project rollouts. It demands a high level of agility, innovation, and a deep understanding of product growth and consumer behaviors to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of growth strategies for new business units or categories, ensuring the health of the assigned portfolio at the early entry stage.
Design and manage end-to-end strategic projects spanning general marketing, creative marketing across revenue channels, and product innovation.
Analyze product performance, consumer trends, and competitive benchmarks to identify opportunities for revenue growth and optimization.
Lead cross-functional project teams (Marketing, Operations, Brand Innovation) to align execution plans and deliver strong commercial results.
Develop detailed project plans and dashboards to ensure timely delivery, managing risks and milestones effectively.
Conduct post-mortem analyses to extract learnings and inform future initiatives.
Track and report on project performance to senior leadership, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to explore and validate initiatives aimed at driving incremental revenue.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Innovation, or a related field (MBA or project management certification is a plus).
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in marketing, strategy, product management, or a similar project-focused role.
Experience in F&B, FMCG, e-commerce, or fast fashion industries is preferred.
Strong understanding of commercial models, distribution, and revenue channels with an interest in challenging industry norms.
Proven track record in cross-functional project leadership and innovation delivery.
Competence in data analytics tools and reporting dashboards to drive decision-making.
Agile, detail-oriented, and execution-focused with a growth mindset.
Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
