- Lead, mentor, and elevate a field sales team across Kuantan and Mentakab to aggressively achieve high regional sales targets.
- Take full P&L and operational ownership of retail outlets across both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.
- Manage and optimize relationships with the regional distributor, ensuring flawless route-to-market execution and stock management.
- Oversee regional trade spend, adapt swiftly to market changes, and execute high-impact trade strategies to outmaneuver competitors.
the experience
- Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience in the Pahang/East Coast region.
- General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and distributor management experience is essential.
- Strong leadership background with experience managing, coaching, and driving a field sales team.
- Agile and adaptable individual, capable of managing high volumes and targets.
