the role

• Lead and manage direct service managers, service channels, and field service teams across APAC.
• Collaborate with global teams to standardise and deliver training programs throughout Asia.
• Take full ownership of the APAC service P&L, driving revenue growth and cost containment.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and service channels within APAC
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial targets.

the experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biomedical or a related field.
• At least 10 years of service experience in the medical industry.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare market, including customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
