Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute employer branding campaigns
Source and engage candidates via digital and social channels
Manage recruitment data, pipelines, and tracking systems
Conduct interviews and ensure efficient hiring processes
Collaborate with HR and business leaders across the region
Track market trends and recruitment-related legislation
Contribute to ad-hoc projects and continuous process improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with 12-15 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically within heavy industries such as oil & gas, engineering, or manufacturing.
Proven track record in sourcing and closing both technical and non-technical roles across all seniority levels.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Highly service-oriented, with a professional, delivery-focused approach
Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to work independently
Organized and methodical; capable of handling competing priorities under tight deadlines
Commercially aware with a proactive mindset toward adding business value
Highly responsive, agile, and skilled at building and maintaining candidate relationships
