We are hiring for an Assistant Manager, Retail Operations (Overseas role) who will undergo a comprehensive two-month Retail Management Program in Malaysia before being deployed to manage and support international retail operations. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience launching and managing stores in new markets.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with both HQ standards and local regulations
- Maintain team morale and operational consistency across diverse locations
- Support inventory planning and auditing for new store setups
- Monitor retail trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with HQ teams and local partners for smooth operations
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in retail operations or store leadership
- Passionate in overseas exposure
