the role
- Develop and execute impactful Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies within the FMCG General Trade (GT) channel, driving sales growth and optimising distribution partner performance.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Distributor Management Systems (DMS) and Sales Force Automation (SFA), leveraging data analytics to significantly enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead robust analysis of distribution channel performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure trade investment ROI, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership to shape commercial strategy.
- Drive seamless cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure strategic alignment, effective demand planning, and flawless market execution.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of General Trade (GT) experience in FMCG.
- Proficieint in Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies and familiarilty with Distribution Management Systems (DMS).
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
