About the Job
This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and compliant sales operations for the bulk commodities division. You will manage end-to-end post-sales processes, including contract execution, invoicing, and coordination across finance, shipping, and operations, helping to drive revenue realization and improve the order-to-cash cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage sales contracts in alignment with commercial and compliance requirements
- Input contract terms and manage documentation in SAP and ERP systems
- Generate and monitor invoices, credit/debit notes, and shipping documents
- Track commercial adjustments, B/L issuance, and LOI usage
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely collections and accurate payables
- Support trade finance processes including LCs, receivables, and offsets
- Ensure full compliance with internal controls, IFRS, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SARBOX)
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a commercial, finance, or technical discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in commodity trading, international trade, or shipping
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and a keen eye for compliance
