the role

• Handle for quotation of incoming enquiry.
• Call to customer on small project.
• Summary on the project quoted end of the month.
• Costing of the project and pass to sales engineer/ executive to follow up.
• Filling for the project quoted.
• Prepare necessary document for tender submission.
• To assist in general office administration work & daily operation task.
• Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
• To support Sales and Marketing managers by tracking, investigating and reporting sales information and resolving problems.

the requirements

• SPM/ Diploma or equivalent sales training or experience.
• Minimum 1 year working in Sales and Marketing administrative position.
• Good time management skills.
• Excellent planning & organizational skills.
