- Handle for quotation of incoming enquiry.
- Call to customer on small project.
- Summary on the project quoted end of the month.
- Costing of the project and pass to sales engineer/ executive to follow up.
- Filling for the project quoted.
- Prepare necessary document for tender submission.
- To assist in general office administration work & daily operation task.
- Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
- To support Sales and Marketing managers by tracking, investigating and reporting sales information and resolving problems.
the requirements
- SPM/ Diploma or equivalent sales training or experience.
- Minimum 1 year working in Sales and Marketing administrative position.
- Good time management skills.
- Excellent planning & organizational skills.
