- Identify new business opportunities, develop key client relationships, and expand into new verticals or regions.
- Manage and optimise the sales pipeline; ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and analysis of sales performance.
- Oversee strategic accounts and manage high-value client relationships to ensure retention, satisfaction, and growth.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of go-to-market strategies and customer success.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to inform sales tactics and strategic planning.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales within the IT industry.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales management.
