About the Job
This role is focused on driving the adoption of high-performance product inspection solutions, including metal detectors, X-ray systems, checkweighers, and vision inspection systems. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing tailored technical consultations, and managing the full sales cycle to ensure successful solution implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities
- Qualify leads and maintain accurate sales pipeline records using CRM systems
- Plan and conduct client visits to understand technical requirements and present solutions
- Deliver product demonstrations and support pre-sales activities alongside technical teams
- Act as a trusted advisor on regulatory compliance and equipment integration
- Lead negotiations and close deals in alignment with customer and company objectives
- Participate in marketing initiatives, trade events, and customer training sessions
Skills & Experience Required
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in automation or inspection systems
- Familiarity with PLC systems and electrical/mechanical integration
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative selling skills
