The Core MissionYou will drive revenue by managing the full sales lifecycle—from technical costing and RFQs to project delivery and long-term account management.
What You’ll Do- Manage enquiries, prepare precise costings/quotations, and follow up on RFQs.
- Meet clients to translate complex technical needs into actionable manufacturing solutions.
- Lead project kick-offs and coordinate with Engineering and Production teams to ensure specs are met.
- Maintain high-value accounts and identify new business opportunities in the regional market.
- Degree in Engineering (preferred) with a proven track record in manufacturing sales.
- Solid understanding of sheet metal fabrication or precision machining.
- Strong negotiation, relationship building, and the ability to manage technical proposals.
