As a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing customer relationships while driving sales growth. You will connect with clients, present solutions, negotiate deals, and ensure strong after-sales support, all while contributing to the company’s long-term success in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across Johor and nearby markets
- Actively prospect, engage, and close sales opportunities
- Deliver professional product presentations and solution-based proposals
- Negotiate terms and agreements to achieve win-win outcomes
- Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries effectively
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project and product delivery
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in building materials (training provided)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
- Ability to travel within the region as required
