As a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing customer relationships while driving sales growth. You will connect with clients, present solutions, negotiate deals, and ensure strong after-sales support, all while contributing to the company’s long-term success in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships across Johor and surrounding areas
- Actively prospect, engage, and close sales opportunities
- Deliver professional product presentations and customized solution proposals
- Negotiate terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Provide prompt after-sales support and handle customer inquiries
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management
- Collaborate closely with internal teams for smooth project and product delivery
Skills & Experience Required
Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in building materials (training provided)
