About the Job
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join the team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will focus on developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales for scaffolding/racking system solutions. You will work on growing market share and delivering technical solutions tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Lead sales negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor movements, and customer needs.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.
Skills & Experience Required
- At least 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in scaffolding, racking, construction materials, or steel-related industries.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and close sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and solution-selling skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Holds a valid driving license and owns transport.
