Randstad is partnering with a Swedish based MNC company that specializes providing solutions and technologies in the areas of heat transfer, separation, and fluid handling. The company is expanding their sales team and looking for a talented Sales Manager to be part of their growing team.
duties and responsibilities
- Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote an sell products and services
- Actively engage in the market, conducting visits, meetings and interactions with existing and potential new customers, focusing on understanding customer needs and emphasizing the value of products and services
- Responsible for monthly/quaterly forecasting of potential sales volumes and gross margin
- Generate sales and cultivate future business through existing and new customers, targeting end-users and contractors
- Identify sales potential and develop a proactive business plan, aligning with relevant divisional strategies, goals, and priorities
- Drive continuous growth and establish lasting relationships with key customers
- Proactively follow up on quotations, manage opportunities, develop leads and establish contacts with the customer base using CRM tools
skill and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering will be preferred
- Seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record and a proactive mindset, preferably in a related industry.
- Must have the ability to travel extensively throughout Malaysia
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgement and decision-making
- Candidates under the HVAC industry will be preferred, etc. Heat exchanger, Cooling tower and Industrial air conditioning
