• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans and sales strategies to ensure the achievement of revenue targets and organizational profitability.
• Establish individual and team-based action plans to streamline lead generation and prospecting efforts.
• Lead the development of strategic initiatives to penetrate emerging markets and identify new business opportunities.
• Assist in the creation and deployment of marketing collateral and strategic promotional plans.
• Deliver accurate, competitive pricing for complex proposals, balancing market competitiveness with maximum profit margins.

• Bachelor degree in mechanical and electrical engineering or similar qualifications
• 5 years of experience in data center infrastructure, specifically in M&E design and system implementation
• Proven ability to manage the end-to-end tender process and technical solution delivery.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or collaborate effectively within a team.
