Location: Central/ Sarawak (one headcount for each region)

The role:

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of medical sales representatives to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and product portfolios.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals, KOLs, and channel partners.
Analyze sales performance data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and drive business growth.

The experience:

Bachelor degree in Science disciplines.
3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including ethical products and market dynamics.
Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
