The role:
Lead and oversee the daily activities of the sales team, ensuring performance targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional initiatives to drive business growth.
Monitor sales performance metrics, provide coaching, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal departments and ensure adherence to company policies and market trends.
The experience:
- Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines.
- At least 5 years of sales experience within pharmaceutical industry.
- Possess valid driving license with own transport.
