About the Job
This is a high-impact role for a dynamic and experienced sales professional, responsible for driving sales across two core divisions: scaffolding and racking systems. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will engage new prospects, manage client portfolios, and work closely with senior leadership to execute growth strategies and secure key deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for scaffolding and racking systems
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to increase account value
- Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations aligned to client needs
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals
- Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Represent the company at customer meetings, site visits, and industry exhibitions
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in scaffolding, racking, construction materials, or steel-related industries
- Strong account management and solution-based selling capabilities
- Familiarity with target markets such as contractors, warehouses, and project developers
