about the position
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the commercial growth of the Waste Management Division. This role will focus on developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market share.
responsibilities
- Manage the sales and marketing operations of waste management services.
- Develop a business and strategic plan and define annual budget for sales and marketing activities.
- Take the lead in business development within assigned segments, suggesting necessary Capex for supporting new ventures and enhancing customer service.
- As the Key Account Manager to foster customer retention and drive business growth.
- Engage with the Department of Environment (DOE) and other relevant government bodies/ authorities, assisting in the implementation of the established engagement roadmap.
- Manage market data, analyze emerging market trends, and utilize the findings to forecast future growth in the identified market.
skills and requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical / Environmental Engineering or equivalent qualification
- 7 years of experience in waste management industry or sales and marketing
- Posses great interpersonal skills and communication skill
- Result driven and outgoing
- Willing to travel
